We wanted a salad.  Something light.  Something green.

Asparagus, Chickpea, and Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients

Baby asparagus

1 can of chickpeas

goat  cheese

Directions

Steam asparagus.  Cut into bite size sections.  Mix with chickpeas and cheese.

Nice and easy.  Great paired with a Pinot Blanc!  The chickpeas and the goat cheese compliment each other.  And well, I could eat steamed asparagus as a snack!
