So here we are at the end of week 6.  Another 700 squats done.  Go me!!! 

I know it is the downhill side of this challenge.  It is a very good feeling.  However, I do believe that I will keep squats in my workout routine after this is all over. 

The weights have added that little extra I was looking for.  I really felt the burn this week!

So onward to the last couple of weeks of this challenge!

However, today the real celebration should be in remembering what this day is all about.
