Challenge was the key this week. Traveling, jetlag, and getting back into the routine of work was order of the week. It was a struggle I have to admit, but I did succeed!
I flew in early Monday morning and went straight to work. Don’t you know I was a lot of fun to work with…. however, in an effort to stay up and go to bed at a ‘usual’ time, having to do squats was a lifesaver. I figure if I can do that, the rest of this challenge will be a breeze!
I did like adding the weights this week. It was a boost in the routine.
So, yea me! Here is to another week of squatting!
