squats Here we are again!  Another week and another 700 squats done!  I will be the first to admit that this was the hardest week.  It was not the squats itself.  It was the fact that we were traveling and quite busy.  However, I did it.  YEA!!!

I have decided to step it up this week though.  I have decided to add weights to my squats.  50 will be done with a 15 lb weight and 50 the ‘regular’ way.  I will keep you updated on this new twist!
