squatsAnd the squatting continues!!!  I have successfully completed the first three weeks of my squat challenge.  Yea Me!

2100 squats later, I’m feeling pretty darn good.  Only six more weeks to go.  I was planning on taking a measurement to see if any progress has been made every three weeks.  However, I have decided to just wait til the end.  It will not matter what the number on the tape declares, I will still have set a goal and worked to accomplished it!

This week will be a little more difficult because we will be traveling.  Nevertheless, I’m more than positive I will meet my goal for the week!
