Well, here we are at the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of the squat challenge. Just to refresh your memory, I decided in honor of my 100th post I would do 100 squats a day for nine weeks.
After two weeks in and 1400 squats later, I’m meeting my challenge!!!! Everyday I’m charged and ready to well,… squat! I have not brought out the tape measure yet. I will do that after this week. I’m not expecting much when I do bring out that tape of numbers.
Since I’m not a scale person, I usually go by the way my clothes fit. I have to say that I have noticed that pants, skirts, and dresses are a little looser in the hip area. That always brings a smile to my face!
So at the start of week 3, I’m still enthusiastic! Nice, right?
