squats Well it has been one week since I threw out a challenge in honor of my 100th post… For the next nine weeks (eight now!) I proposed doing 100 squats a day.

It is the end of week 1 and I’m very happy to say- SCORE!  I have done a total of 700 squats this week!  I am 1/9th into my challenge.

I will also admit that certain areas of my body are a little sore.  However, it will not stop me as I proceed.

I’m also finding the challenge as a natural part of my workout routine.  NICE!!!
