It is Monday. It is time to get back to work. I like a challenge and I have already pressed the ON button!
There is only 9 (count them!) weeks left of school (well for me anyways!). In honor of that and that is my 100th post on this here blog, here is the challenge: 100 squats per day for the next nine weeks. That is 700 squats per week for a total of 6,300 at the end. LOVE IT!
I’m pumped and ready to squat away! I have already measured my ‘lovely’ backside and am ready to see it reduced. Each week I will let you know my squat progress.
