You know when you want something good, but you do not want to do a lot of work? That is where I was last night. Simple, healthy, delicious was my goal!
I know that you can make stir fry veggies a bunch of different ways. I am always looking for different seasonings to put in to add variety. However, I wanted to keep it elementary.
Veggie Stir Fry
Red Bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Heat oil and garlic then throw all veggies in. Cook until tender. Eat!
